What you’ll do:
Develop competitive, commercially sound pricing strategies across PwC service offerings, balancing client value, profitability, and market positioning. Provide expert commercial and negotiation support on complex bids—including pricing structures, cost modelling, scenario analysis, and risk considerations. Design and enhance pricing models, tools, and commercial frameworks to enable high‑quality decision‑making and consistency across pursuits. Partner with the Pricing Director to innovate pricing approaches, support commercialisation of new offerings, and embed disciplined pricing and governance standards across the firm. Influence senior leaders and pursuit teams through clear commercial insights and strategic recommendations. Coach teams through commercial negotiations and trade‑offs, using data‑driven reasoning to support decision‑making. Deliver training and capability uplift programs to improve pricing discipline, commercial understanding, and effective use of financial/pricing processes. Collaborate with Finance, Risk/OGC, Client Lead Partners and cross-functional bid teams to ensure alignment and governance through the approval process.

Experience And Qualifications
Significant experience in strategic pricing, commercial deal structuring and business partnering in B2B or professional services environments. Proven ability to lead complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities. Strong analytical capability, including advanced Excel modelling for pricing and financial analysis. Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders, support high‑stakes negotiations, and drive profitability outcomes. Experience coaching teams and uplifting commercial capability. Exposure to digital, technology or professional services sectors is advantageous
