About the Role: As a Trainee Community Worker, you will have the opportunity to work in a supportive and caring environment, interacting with clients who require assistance with daily tasks. Your duties will include completing documentation, following policies and procedures, and participating in accredited and mandatory training as part of your role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide personal care, meal assistance, toileting support, bed making, and social activities
* Complete documentation and follow policies and procedures
* Participate in accredited and mandatory training
Requirements: No prior experience is required, and part-time positions are available with flexible shifts that can accommodate school-friendly hours. The ideal candidate should have a great attitude, be reliable, and willing to learn and work effectively with clients and other staff.
Benefits: The job offers full on-the-job training and allows individuals to study for a Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) while being paid. The hourly rate starts from $24 per hour, and employees will be offered a 24-month contract with locked-in shifts.
