In this role you will
* Lead end-to-end transformation initiatives to optimise campus recruitment processes and operating models
* Identify inefficiencies, uncover insights and design scalable process improvements that enhance candidate and hiring manager experience
* Apply data analytics and process modelling to inform decision making and prioritisation
* Deliver initiatives through structured project management, ensuring milestones, outcomes and risks are effectively managed
* Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagements to support process redesign and change adoption
* Partner with HR, TA, and technology teams to improve system workflows and user experience (including Workday)
* Embed a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence across the function
We're Interested In Hearing From People Who Have
* Experience in process improvement, transformation or project delivery roles
* Exposure to early careers or campaign-based recruitment (highly regarded)
* Strong capability in process optimisation and operational problem solving
* A data-led mindset, with the ability to translate insights into outcomes
* Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders across multiple teams
* Experience delivering initiatives end-to-end, including change management
* Familiarity with recruitment systems such as Workday
Nice to have
* Experience with Human-Centred Design (HCD) approaches
* Exposure to enterprise environments or complex matrix organisations
* Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools to improve processes
