Job Specification
You will join an award-winning pharmacy group operating across NSW and the ACT, recently recognised again as Pharmacy of the Year within their network. The organisation is committed to professional excellence, innovation and staff development, with clear pathways into Pharmacist in Charge or Management roles within 6-12 months for the right candidate.
Working within a professional and supportive team, you will deliver high-quality dispensing, counselling and an expanding range of professional services. This pharmacy operates with strong clinical focus, including vaccinations and NSW expanded scope services (UTI, oral contraceptive and skin consultations).
Dispense system is FRED Plus, an average script volume under 200 a day, handled by an experienced Dispensary team of six. The full time roster is Monday to Friday with an hour off for lunch plus one Saturday per month (RDO provided). This role may involve sole Pharmacist responsibilities at times.
Skills Required
* Current AHPRA registration
* Minimum 2 years post-internship retail experience
* Vaccination and Immunisation accreditation
* NSW Expanded Scope training (UTI, oral contraceptive, skin)
* First Aid & CPR and Medication for Injection qualification
* HMR Accreditation and/or Full Scope Prescribing highly regarded
Salary & Benefits
From $55/hr plus superannuation plus entitlements.
Negotiable based on experience and accreditations held.
Clear pathway to Pharmacist in Charge or Management within 6-12 months.
