The successful candidate will oversee the administration and management of key school support operations, ensuring effective alignment with educational objectives and strategic priorities. This involves collaborating with senior leadership on workforce planning, overseeing HR operations (e.g., staff contracts, leave, recruitment), providing facilities management advice, project managing minor works budgets. The Business Operations Specialist will also facilitate repairs and maintenance while evaluating new projects in collaboration with the Principal.
