Due to the company's continued growth, we're searching for an experienced Brake Press Operator to join our team!
PSR has a strong focus on designing, testing and fabricating high-end products that our customers have come to expect from an Australian owned and operated business. Our in-house manufactured 4x4 components and accessories start life as a bare sheet and leave our warehouse ready to withstand the harsh conditions that our vehicles must endure. We are looking for that passionate individual who can perform within our manufacturing standards and takes pride in the quality of their workmanship.
The Successful Candidate Will Demonstrate:
* The ability to follow detailed work instructions accurately
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment
* A proactive, capable “can-do” attitude supported by a strong and honest work ethic
* The ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
* Experience measuring and cross-checking finished products against drawings to ensure accuracy
* Commitment to following company WHS and Quality Control procedures and guidelines
* A genuine desire to learn and continuously improve skills
* Strong organisational skills with effective time management abilities
* Previous experience in a similar role or within the engineering industry
