About the Role
As the National Sales Manager, you will lead the expansion of the sales pipeline through strategic prospecting, partnership development, and targeted consumer engagement.
You'll operate both strategically and hands-on—opening new market segments, building impactful partnerships, and engaging diverse customer groups through presentations, events, and targeted outreach.
Regular national travel is required as part of this fast-paced and rewarding role.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Growth & Business Development
Identify, research, and activate new sales opportunities across partnerships, networks, and consumer groups.
Develop and execute strategic plans to grow revenue nationally.
Partnerships & Pipeline Expansion
Secure and nurture both commercial and community partnerships to generate high-quality leads.
Negotiate agreements aligned to long-term business objectives.
Lead Generation & Conversion
Build a strong sales pipeline through proactive outreach and targeted engagement.
Deliver effective presentations and tailored sales approaches to convert prospective customers.
Events & Consumer Engagement
Plan and deliver in-person and virtual consumer events, partner presentations, and targeted sessions.
Represent the brand with impact and professionalism.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with internal teams across Sales, Marketing and Product to ensure alignment with key campaigns and initiatives.
Reporting & Insights
Track and analyse sales performance to refine strategy and identify growth opportunities.
Manage budgets and report on ROI for direct sales activity.
About You
Proven track record in Travel sales, business development or partnership acquisition.
Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
Ability to identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities.
Commercial mindset with experience analysing performance metrics.
Highly organised with strong event and stakeholder management capability.
Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Experience in travel or consumer-facing industries is an advantage.
Willingness to travel regularly.
