About the Role
We are seeking a high-achieving, self-motivated professional to join our business support unit. The successful applicant will work closely with key stakeholders throughout the various parts of the business.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Maintain, create and test application programme code and operating-system scripts.
* Provide technical support and assistance on multiple wide-ranging IT projects, including software development, hardware upgrades, and business-process review and improvement.
* Deliver end-user support for all IT platforms including Windows, Linux and iOS systems.
* Ensure data integrity via security policies and backup coverage.
* Manage IT assets throughout the company, ensuring they are maintained and updated/replaced as necessary.
* Liaise with external service providers.
