E-Commerce Warehouse Returns Room and Pick-Packer – Casual

We take a customer-focused and environmentally conscious approach to storing, packing, and shipping stock for thriving e-commerce brands worldwide. Our team plays a crucial role in ensuring our brand partners succeed, and we are looking for dedicated individuals to join our pick-packing team at our warehouse.
What We Value
We prioritise communication, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. Each brand partner has specific packing requirements, and new challenges often arise, making teamwork and adaptability essential. While experience with general computer software and web browsing is beneficial, a solid ability to learn is more important than previous experience.
Our team provides comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you succeed. After your initial training, you will be expected to work autonomously while collaborating with your team.
Your Responsibilities
✅ Follow specific returns and packing requirements for each brand
✅ Carefully pack items into boxes and satchels
✅ Pick items into tote trolleys
✅ Report any issues to senior team members
✅ Troubleshoot invalid addresses
✅ Learn and navigate the warehouse layout and location codes
✅ Communicate clearly with your team
Full training will be provided for all of the above.
Preferred Skills & Experience
While not required, the following skills and experience will be highly regarded:
- Proficient use of web browsers
- Previous pick-packing experience
- Customer service or retail experience
- Experience working in a team of 4–16 people
- Ability to work independently
Hours & Benefits
📅 Work Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (optional 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM)
🍽️ Breaks: 30-minute lunch + 15-minute paid break
