Leadership Position for Mobile Quality Assurance

* Develop and maintain mobile test automation frameworks
* Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate testing into continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines
* Analyse solution designs and documentation to create robust test cases
* Conduct API and UI testing using tools like WebdriverIO, Postman, and Ready API
* Guide and mentor QA team members to deliver quality outcomes
* Report on test progress and outcomes using Azure DevOps
* Support manual testing and regression builds as needed
Requirements
* 7+ years' experience in mobile Quality Assurance and test automation (WebdriverIO, Postman, Ready API)
* Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and software development life cycles
* Proficiency in SQL and API testing
* Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills
* Experience in insurance domain and CRM/UI testing is a plus
* Ability to troubleshoot and identify bugs across tech platforms
