About the Role:
The Salesforce Functional Consultant will be responsible for gathering business requirements, translating them into technical specifications, configuring Salesforce, and providing ongoing support to users. A strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and particularly Agentforce is essential for this role.
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
* Perform Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, fields, workflows, process builder, and validation rules.
* Design and implement solutions leveraging Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
* Demonstrate strong functional knowledge of Agentforce, including its setup, configuration, and best practices for optimizing agent productivity and customer interactions.
* Conduct gap analysis between current business processes and Salesforce capabilities.
* Create detailed documentation, including functional specifications, test plans, and user training materials.
* Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of Salesforce.
* Work closely with development teams to ensure successful implementation of custom solutions.
* Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related issues.
* Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and new features, especially those related to Agentforce.
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Functional Consultant or similar role.
* Proven expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
* Demonstrable good knowledge and experience with Agentforce functionalities and configurations.
* Salesforce Administrator certification is required; additional certifications (e.g., Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant) are a plus.
* Strong understanding of CRM principles and best practices.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Experience with Agile methodologies is preferred.
