Manage and oversee CAD programs (CabMaster or similar)
Produce accurate cutting lists, material schedules, and workshop drawings
Production Management
Plan and schedule workshop workloads to meet project deadlines
Allocate tasks, set production targets, and monitor team performance
Troubleshoot delays and coordinate with project teams on deliveries
Materials & Inventory
Order materials, hardware, and consumables in advance
Manage stock levels and minimise waste
Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries
Quality & Workflow
Maintain high-quality standard of work
Work closely with CNC operators to optimise production
Identify and implement efficiency and workflow improvements
Ensure full compliance with all OHS requirements
What You'll Bring
Trade qualification in Carpentry or Joinery
Proven supervisory experience in joinery, cabinet making, or shopfitting
Minimum 3-5 years of supervisory experience required
Strong knowledge of joinery construction, materials, and CNC machinery
Ability to read and interpret detailed drawings; CAD experience essential
Excellent planning, communication, and problem-solving skills
Australian permanent residency or citizenship required
