Job Description
As a Product Hardware Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the delivery of cutting-edge hardware products within a complex engineering and manufacturing environment. Your responsibilities will include coordinating build events, managing hardware data, and facilitating seamless collaboration between engineering, procurement, and manufacturing teams.
You will be responsible for managing Engineering Bills of Materials (BOM), including data collection, part changes, and audit preparation. Additionally, you will process hardware data through to purchase requisitions and secure purchasing approvals.
Collaboration with Hardware Engineers and Procurement is essential to ensure that parts and equipment information is complete and on track. You will also oversee inventory management and prepare for internal and external build events.
Key performance indicators include creating and compiling manufacturing data to complement engineering documentation, maintaining configuration control of hardware from design through deployment, and tracking and managing configuration changes across training rooms and deployed systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Extensive experience in a coordination, manufacturing or engineering support role
* Strong background in a production or engineering environment
* Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical data
* Proven experience with procurement and inventory management
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Process-oriented with strong attention to detail
* Skilled in managing competing priorities and meeting deadlines
