**About the Office for People**
The Office for People is responsible for providing strategic leadership and operation implementation of human resource strategies relating to the attraction, retention, development, and management of academic and professional staff in the University.
A key strategic initiative for Office for People is the Build Pay Confidence Program. The program comprises of five streams of work and multiple active projects aimed at addressing key risks and improving Western Sydney University compliance with employment legislation.
**About the Opportunity**
We are seeking a dedicated and talented Project Co-ordinator to join the Office for People and provide high-level support to the "Build Pay Confidence" Program. This is an exciting and varied role, where you will be at the center of ensuring the smooth coordination of project deliverables and pay confidence initiatives.
The Project Coordinator is an integral member of the program team, providing support and coordination of the University's building pay confidence program. The Project Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of meetings, activities, and events, managing program communications, ensuring program governance and reporting requirements are maintained. The position will also be required to coordinate smaller projects within the 'Build Pay Confidence' program relating to payroll compliance.
The position will also provide high-level support to the Senior Program Manager and Project Manager by distributing program communications, organising program meetings and taking minutes within the Program Control Group and other governance committees.
Relationships will be at the heart of your success. You'll work closely with internal and external stakeholders, building trust and fostering collaboration. Your ability to handle sensitive information with discretion, deliver clear and concise communications, and manage competing priorities will be essential in achieving program outcomes.
This is a full-time, fixed-term position until 30 September 2026. Campus location is negotiable, although travel to other campuses of the University may be required. Please review the position description for further information.
