The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Principal Consultant who is ready to take ownership of a portfolio, lead from the front, and play a critical role in driving the continued success of our business.
Reporting directly to the Recruitment Manager, this is a senior, hands‑on role that blends:
* High-value client ownership

* Strategic delivery and growth
This is not a desk‑filler role. This is for someone who wants to own outcomes, influence direction, and be accountable for results.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
As Principal Consultant, you will be trusted with autonomy and accountability across key deliverables, including:
* Full ownership of the end‑to‑end permanent recruitment lifecycle
* Managing and growing high‑value client relationships
* Acting as a trusted advisor on recruitment strategy and workforce planning
* Delivering strategic talent solutions aligned to client objectives
* Conducting high‑quality candidate assessments and interviews
* Negotiating offers and supporting post‑placement success
* Driving database quality, pipeline health, and shelf velocity
* Providing market intelligence and industry insight to clients
* Leading, mentoring, and supporting consultants within the team
* Representing TORRA at industry and networking events
* Contributing to continuous improvement across recruitment processes and delivery standards
