Taking inbound and outbound calls you will be required to interact with customers to understand their needs and to provide sound advice and assist in processing requests.Provide direct customer service to members of a vulnerable communityProcess & request claims and make delegations where appropriateAnalyse and interpret information to make decisionsAdministration and reporting following processes & proceduresAssist with external providers to support and process requests for treatmentProvide support to the leadership group as required. This may include undertaking:minor research and investigationstatistical analysisproject workIt is essential that you provide a high level of customer service, treating all customers with honesty, fairness, sensitivity and empathy.
