About The Role
Are you a detail-driven professional with a passion for delivering technical projects that make a tangible impact? We are looking for a Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end management of manufacturing projects, from concept and client consultation through to production and delivery. This dynamic role is at the heart of our operations, ensuring seamless coordination across internal departments and external partners to deliver quality, budget-aligned outcomes on time.
This is more than just project management, this is about owning outcomes, influencing business performance, and being the trusted link between customers, engineers, suppliers, and our production team.
As the Project Delivery Lead, your core duties will include:
* Develop and manage detailed project timelines, scopes, budgets, and documentation across all phases from tender to delivery
* Act as the primary liaison for clients, subcontractors, engineers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure milestones are achieved
* Collaborate with the sales team on accurate project scoping, risk analysis, and proposal development during the tendering process
* Ensure equipment compliance, organise FATs, produce manufacturing instructions, and monitor project productivity and ROI
* Quality Assurance and implement and enforce quality control standards and corrective actions to exceed client expectations and regulatory requirements
* Documentation & Risk Management, and maintain clear, compliant project records and manage risks through proactive assessment and mitigation strategies

Requirements
About You
* Degree-qualified in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business or similar, with 5+ years of project management experience
* Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through complex manufacturing projects from design to delivery
* Skilled in project planning tools (e.g., MS Project), ERP/MRP systems, and Lean or Six Sigma methodologies
* Strong contract negotiation, budgeting, and risk management capabilities
* Solid understanding of quality, safety, and sustainability standards in manufacturing environments
* Exceptional communicator with strong leadership, time management, and problem-solving skills
