Reception/Trainee Junior Legal Assistant
What are we looking for?
We are now seeking a Receptionist/Trainee Junior Legal Assistant to join our busy and thriving Dandenong office. This role is a full-time opportunity and a great introduction to the Work + Road team.
This exciting role will have you supporting our overall business in reception and our WorkCover team where you will be liaising directly with our Dandenong team and clients. It will also have you responsible for:
- Attending to clients needs and queries, telephone calls
- Setting up appointments
- Preparing meeting rooms and video conference bookings
- General banking duties
- Paying invoices
- Archiving
- File and mail management
- All other administrative tasks
What will you bring?
- Experience in professional services or previous front of house reception experience preferred but not essential
- Superior customer service skills
- Ability to confidently multi-task
- Exceptional time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Exemplary computer skills
