The Opportunity
This HR Advisor position is an exciting opportunity to work in an HR team with high access and exposure to business leaders to drive meaningful change in the renewable energy sector. Administering HR processes and systems, and guiding employees on our policies, this role will be a platform to build strong HR generalist capability in an environment that highly values systems innovation and automation.
Key Responsibilities
* Management of HRIS; maintaining employee and payroll records, mail-merge and contract generation, generating reporting, troubleshooting system issues, collaborating on integration into other inhouse systems, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and automation
* Support the Chief People Officer with administration of compensation and benefits activities, including salary reviews, incentive schemes, and market benchmarking
* Advise on HR legislation and standards for development of company policies and procedures, in line with our company values
* Leverage HR data and metrics to advise on people insights, opportunities and risks, including supporting the development of HR reporting dashboards
* Represent Flow Power HR in the administration of policies, processes and systems to internal stakeholders, as well as role model our company culture and values
* Field and manage employee queries to provide general HR support to internal stakeholders, and escalate as appropriate
* Support the Payroll Manager with payroll processes and provision of accurate employee data
* Support other employee lifecycle milestones such as onboarding and offboarding
About You
You will bring sound HR generalist knowledge to a close-knit team where you will contribute and collaborate on a broad range of HR priorities. Passionate about leveraging HR data and people insights, and with a mind for system improvement, you'll contribute to some of our more exciting HR priorities related to AI and automation.

Skills and Experience
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related discipline with exposure to Human Resource units is preferred
* 2–4 years' hands-on HR generalist experience, ideally in a small or medium-sized organisation
* Strong proficiency with HRIS systems and MS Office, particularly MS Excel
* Sound knowledge of the Fair Work Act, and workplace health and safety
* Experience with continuous improvement and process development, and exposure to AI tools
* Foundational knowledge of remuneration and compensation concepts
* Confident written and verbal communicator
