About the Role As the Marketing Officer, you will support the planning, development, delivery and evaluation of marketing strategies and campaigns. You’ll create compelling content, conduct market research, manage digital assets, and support lead nurturing programs to enhance engagement and drive program success. This role will suit a hands-on marketer with strong communication skills, digital marketing knowledge, and experience managing competing priorities in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns aligned with strategic objectives. Create and curate content across digital channels, including social media, email and web. Support lead nurturing and engagement strategies to drive conversions. Conduct market research and analyse data to inform campaign development. Monitor, report and provide insights on marketing performance. Deliver administrative support, including procurement, budget tracking, travel coordination and inbox management. Manage digital assets, promotional materials and publications. Provide system support across marketing platforms including CRM, CMS and email platforms. Build effective relationships with internal teams, external partners and stakeholders. What We’re Looking For Mandatory Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and recommend improvements. Solid interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite. Experience with CRM, CMS and email marketing systems. Minimum three years’ experience in a marketing or communications role.
