Right now, we are on the lookout for a Property Lawyer (1–3years+ PQE) who wants more than just a job. We’re after a strong and client-focused communicator, who is skilled at problem-solving, and who wants to grow in a team that is collaborative, modern, and genuinely enjoyable to work with.
You will work across a broad range of property matters, including:
* Providing advice on ACT and NSW contracts and transactions.
* Advising clients on risks and compliance requirements.
* Negotiating contract terms on behalf of clients.
* Conducting due diligence enquiries in accordance with the relevant state and territory laws.
* Assisting clients with property disputes.
