* Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
* The ability to adopt a collaborative, values-driven approach — integrity, accountability, quality, passion and communication are central to the organisation's culture

* For graduates: a willingness to learn, grow and thrive in a supportive high-performance environment
What's On Offer
* Permanent full-time employment with a clear salary band:
$80K for graduates up to ~$120K for experienced consultants
* A role where you'll work across prevention, early intervention and longer-term injury management—providing variety and depth
* A culture that prioritises worker-wellbeing, safety and sustainable results (you'll be working with a team whose mission emphasises injury prevention, rapid recovery and strong safety outcomes)
