* Engage with customers post-contract to ensure a smooth transition and ongoing support.
* Drive renewal or expansion opportunities within assigned accounts.
* Conduct business reviews, including issue identification, opportunity assessment, and forecasting.
* Maintain accurate lead and opportunity records, ensuring timely follow-ups and next actions.
