We're looking for a passionate and experienced Cluster Store Leader to join our retail operations team.
What You'll Do
* Lead and inspire multiple store teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
* Drive sales growth, profitability and operational excellence across all stores in your cluster.
* Recruit, develop and coach high‑performing teams, ensuring strong talent pipelines and future leaders.
* Champion safety, compliance and Fantastic's core values in everything you do.
* Manage store performance, budgets and visual merchandising to company standards.
* Create and execute business plans to achieve sales, EBIT and engagement targets.
* Partner with internal teams and community groups to promote sustainability and local initiatives.
What We're Seeking
* 5+ years' experience managing in a fast‑paced retail environment.
* A proven ability to lead high‑performing, customer‑centric teams.
* Strong commercial acumen with experience managing P&L, sales targets and labour costs.
* Exceptional communication, coaching and problem‑solving skills.
* The ability to travel between store locations and perform hands‑on leadership.
* Certificate IV in Retail Management (or equivalent experience).
* Experience in furniture, homewares or multi‑site leadership will be highly regarded.
