**The Prospect**
Within your new role as our
**New Employer Team Leader (Hunter Region)** you will guide and develop a high performing team of successful Rehabilitation Consultants providing mentoring and support by;
- Regular team meetings to create an open discussion forum
- Regular one-on-one catch-ups with team members discussing day to day topics as well as short term and long term goal setting
- Regular file reviews; collaborating with team members on effective strategies
- Exploring Psych topics with your team to encourage collaboration
- Facilitating regular continuous learning initiatives for your team
- Reviewing productivity and motivating team to reach targets
- Effectively managing any escalations
- Ensuring senior management messages are communicated to your team effectively
**About you**
- Psychologist; OR Rehabilitation Counsellor
- Full registration with AHPRA, ASORC or RCAA
- Solid experience as a Rehabilitation Consultant managing psychological injuries
- Either experience in a Team Leader type role, or currently a Rehabilitation Consultant with strong desire to step up to a Team Leader
- Car and valid Driver's license
- Police check or willingness to obtain a police check prior to commencement.
