Responsibilities
Coordinate outgoing shipments in compliance with jurisdictional rules and company policies.
Handle the reverse flow of gaming machines and spare parts.
Coordinate gaming machine trade-in reports and metrics.
Ensure accurate record-keeping processes and procedures.
Support new product introductions with incoming shipments coordination.
Handle incoming and outgoing service logistics shipments.
Process tax invoices from freight companies and suppliers.
Coordinate shipments to and from freight forwarders' storage facilities.
Manage logistics for Aristocrat Gaming Show shipments.
Validate and process sensitive freight tax invoices in the AX system for management approval.
Assist in managing international export and import logistics activities.
Organize and coordinate service technician tasks for the installation of gaming machines and spare parts.
Liaise with freight forwarders to track shipments and support customer inquiries.
Support financial activities by managing internal department inquiries.
Develop and update logistics procedures to ensure zero compliance breaches.
Adhere to WHS regulations to ensure team safety and well-being.
Follow quality procedures to meet required standards.
Engage in Aristocrat's Due Diligence framework and complete training and audits as required.
Demonstrate Aristocrat's Power Plays values and behaviors.
Apply the Winning Ways program to acknowledge outstanding performance.
Qualifications
Minimum 3+ years of experience in warehousing and logistics.
Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics AX and Excel with introductory familiarity in Microsoft Outlook.
Completed college coursework.
Outstanding communication and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Positive attitude with a customer service focus.
Ability to work autonomously.
