Administration Coordinator
to join our friendly and supportive team. This is a permanent full‑time opportunity for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact and takes pride in providing high‑quality administrative support in a warm community environment.
About The Role
As the Administration Coordinator, you will provide comprehensive administrative and customer service support to the village leadership team, residents, families, and visitors. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day operations of the village office while upholding our values and commitment to excellent service.
Key responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to the Village Manager and leadership team
* Manage reception duties, including greeting residents, visitors, and contractors
* Coordinate internal and external mail and general office administration
* Process purchase orders, accounts payable, petty cash, and banking
* Support staff administration including timesheets, leave records, and recruitment documentation
* Book interviews and maintain accurate employee records in relevant systems
* Order and manage uniforms, name badges, and security access
* Deliver responsive and professional customer service to residents and stakeholders
* Complete ad‑hoc administrative tasks as required
About You
You are a proactive and reliable administrator who enjoys working in a people‑focused environment. You bring strong attention to detail, a calm approach, and a genuine commitment to supporting residents and colleagues.
What you'll bring
* Previous experience in an administration or office coordination role
* Strong computer skills and confidence using Microsoft Office applications
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
* High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
* A customer‑focused mindset with a warm and welcoming approach
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
