The role
Looking for hands‐on electrical work on Australia's leading renewable energy projects? We're seeking skilled Electricians based in Dubbo to join our growing team delivering solar farms, BESS systems, and major infrastructure works.
About the role
This is a technical, hands‐on role where you'll carry out electrical installation, testing, and commissioning works on project sites across Australia.
You'll work closely with supervisors and project teams to deliver works safely and to specification, with a focus on renewables and high‐voltage systems.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Installing, terminating, and testing DC/AC electrical systems (PV strings, inverters, BESS, LV/MV cabling)
- Reading SLDs, schematics, and technical specifications
- Conducting testing and commissioning (IR, continuity, polarity, functional)
- Ensuring compliance with AS/NZS standards, grid requirements, and site safety systems
- Completing QA documentation (ITPs, test sheets, as‐builts)
- Collaborating with commissioning teams, engineers, and other trades

What you'll bring
- Current NSW Electrical Licence
- Construction White Card
- Current LVR/CPR
- Working at Heights certification
- High Risk Work License.
- Experience with electrical installation and commissioning
- Knowledge of WHS and site safety systems
- HV switching/access experience
- Training in OH&S disciples.
- High Risk Work Licence (EWP)
- 7+ years construction/renewables experience
- Familiarity with solar PV, BESS, or infrastructure projects
