The Role
We're seeking a driven and experienced Territory Manager to join our WA team, with responsibility for building and growing our portfolio across Western Australia. This pivotal role will see you leading sales growth through strategic account management and business development within key sectors such as agriculture, irrigation, mining services, water treatment, and commercial water management.
As the face of Davey in WA, you'll work closely with our dealer network maintaining strong relationships to deliver value-driven solutions, expand product reach, and drive revenue and margin growth. You'll thrive in an autonomous environment while being supported by a collaborative national team.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow relationships with key accounts and dealer partners across your WA territory.
* Develop and execute strategies to increase market share and expand product presence across agriculture, irrigation, mining, and water treatment markets.
* Plan and execute regular customer visits and travel schedules to strengthen engagement and support.
* Deliver product training, technical support, and Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives to drive dealer and customer success.
* Identify new business opportunities through research, networking, and attendance at industry events.
* Collaborate with internal teams (supply chain, operations, product, and field sales) to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Maintain accurate records of opportunities, contacts, and activities in CRM systems.
What We're Looking For
* Demonstrated commitment to safety in the workplace.
* Proven sales/account management experience, ideally within the water, agricultural, irrigation, or industrial sectors (5+ years preferred).
* Technical understanding of pumps, water systems, or related products (mechanical/trade qualification advantageous).
* Strong commercial acumen with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
* Self-driven and proactive approach to business development, with the ability to work independently across a large territory.
* Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
* A positive attitude with motivation to grow and succeed.
