Organisational Change Manager x 3
Contract role until August 2026 | Brisbane + WFH
We're recruiting an experienced Organisational Change Manager to support a major transformation program within a large Queensland Government department. This role sits at the centre of a significant organisational reform initiative designed to transform ICT service delivery, operating models, skills, processes and ways of working.
You will lead and deliver a coordinated program of organisational development, realignment and communication activities, partnering closely with ICT leadership to enable sustainable change and guide the organisation through a complex transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with ICT leadership teams to analyse organisational structures, ways of working and inter-team relationships
* Design and deliver strategies to improve collaboration, customer-centricity, adaptability and operational effectiveness across ICT teams
* Lead the co-creation and delivery of organisational change management strategies, plans and action plans
* Manage Business Change Impact Assessments, change responses, training approaches and business readiness activities
* Provide strategic change advice across readiness assessments, risk and issue management, and the application of approved change methodologies
* Establish and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across ICT, business areas and external partners
* Develop and maintain a forward schedule of change to manage interdependencies, sequencing and resourcing impacts
* Facilitate the delivery of strategic and operational change initiatives across ICT functions
* Conduct change analysis activities including stakeholder analysis, impact assessment and adoption planning
* Prepare high-quality change documentation, communication materials and presentations to support implementation and sustainability

What we're looking for:
* Demonstrated experience leading organisational change within complex ICT or enterprise environments
* Strong background in organisational design, operating model change and ways-of-working transformation
* Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and technical teams to drive engagement and adoption
* Experience delivering structured change activities including impact assessments, readiness, training and communications
* Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation and negotiation skills
* Ability to operate across both strategic and operational levels in fast-moving environments
* Familiarity with structured change methodologies (e.g. Prosci / ADKAR) is highly regarded
