The Client Success Manager plays a pivotal role in managing digital campaigns for a diverse range of small and medium-sized businesses. Collaborate closely with Sales, Account Management, and implementation teams to drive campaign performance and provide top-tier service to clients

Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with Sales and Account Management teams to oversee digital campaigns for SMBs across various industries.
* Build and nurture lasting relationships with premium customers through regular communication and insightful reporting.
* Collaborate with implementation teams to enhance campaign performance, offering recommendations for achieving campaign goals.
* Proactively monitor campaign performance, swiftly addressing potential issues.
* Stay updated on our suite of products, providing customer solutions to drive future business.
* Assist colleagues in troubleshooting and effective problem-solving.
* Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture under the guidance of the Customer Success Lead.
* Lead projects and initiatives to streamline processes and enhance business operations.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Strong written and presentation skills.
* Effective at addressing customer concerns, building rapport, and solving problems.
* Positive and proactive attitude for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Skilled at cultivating strong relationships across various stakeholders.
* Comfortable adhering to detailed workflow processes.
* Previous experience with digital platforms Google Ads, Meta Ads, Tiktok Ads and/ or programmatic tools
