About the Role
BaptistCare is seeking an organised and customer‐focused Administration Officer to join our 99‐bed Residential Aged Care facility in Busselton. In this role, you will support the smooth day‐to‐day operations of the site while ensuring our residents remain at the centre of everything we do.
Key Responsibilities
* First point of contact for incoming calls and visitors.
* Manage administrative aspects of resident admissions and discharges, including applications and wait lists.
* Process accounts receivable/payable, place purchase orders, and manage office supplies.
* General administration: filing, mail, data entry, word processing, minute taking, photocopying.
* Maintain records to meet internal/external reporting requirements.
* Liaise with internal stakeholders for travel, accommodation, and catering bookings.
* Develop and improve administrative processes.
* Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Health policies and BaptistCare's Code of Conduct.
* Actively contribute to continuous quality improvement.
About You
* Experience in administration or reception.
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and administration systems.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage competing priorities.
* Customer‐focused and team‐oriented.
* Alignment with BaptistCare values.
Roster Pattern
Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
