What You'll Do:
* Manage incident resolution and perform root cause analysis across AWS-hosted mainframe environments
* Monitor application performance and configure alerting systems for proactive issue detection
* Oversee batch processing scheduling and mainframe application management on cloud infrastructure
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including cloud engineers, DevOps, and external vendors
* Lead technical delivery of complex projects and contribute to platform modernisation initiatives
What You'll Need:
* 5+ years experience with mainframe technologies including COBOL, JCL, CICS, and batch scheduling
* Strong hands-on experience with AWS environments and cloud-integrated mainframe systems
* Experience with Innowake or Micro Focus runtime environments and procedural Java
* Proven incident management skills in complex enterprise IT environments
* Excellent troubleshooting abilities across multi-tier cloud and on-premises systems
