To do a great job, you'll need: Good judgment, listening skills, willingness to learn, and commitment to our values Experience supporting people with physical disabilities, including manual handling Experience with PEG feeding is a bonus but not necessary Patience and willingness to build rapport with clients Enthusiasm and passion for supporting people with disabilities Commitment to a team approach, including supporting physiotherapy programs Full driver's license and comfort with driving clients' vehicles Willingness to work varied shifts, including sleepovers, community access, and in-home support, with ongoing shifts more than twice weekly Support clients in Greendale, Kyneton, Heathcote, Bendigo Additional information Please note: When you apply, you will receive an email requesting further details.
