Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Plant Operator to join our team. As a Plant Operator, you will be responsible for operating both fixed and mobile plant and equipment.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Operating and maintaining plant and equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
* Undertaking regular plant inspections and completing check sheets to identify potential issues.
* Sampling and analysing process streams to detect any production variances.
* Making plant available for timely and effective maintenance.
* Conducting risk and hazard assessments to maintain a safe working environment.
About the Role:
This is a permanent position with a roster of 4 days on, 4 days off, 4 nights on, 4 days off rotation.
* Requirements:
* Proven experience in operating plant and equipment.
* Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to identify potential issues.
* Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
* Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
