This is a great opportunity for retail brand managers to take ownership of 2 homeware brands, including a household name.
You'll join a lovely and high-performing team: I've recruited 3 people on the team, including the hiring manager. They're a well-established wholesaler that has recently gone through a DTC transformation. It's a full-time, permanent role in the western suburbs of Melbourne, offering $*******k + Super.
Requirements:
Brand Marketing experience in retail or FMCG with a focus on digital is essential
Strategic skills to help drive the growth of 2 brands and position them for success on digital and social channels
Hands-on skills to create and execute end-to-end brand marketing campaigns
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are needed in a hectic family-owned business
Leadership skills to manage and mentor a social media direct report
High attention to detail, proactive and keen to take ownership of your brands
An interest or passion for the homewares and lifestyle category is ideal
Established retailer that's going through a digital transformation
Work with a great team and a brand new in-house studio
Great salary package and flexible Fridays
