Client Service Officer – Insurance Broking

Are you a recent graduate with a degree in Accounting, Business, Commerce or Law, who is organised, driven and looking for a genuine career‐growth opportunity? What will you be doing?

This is a fantastic opportunity to learn the world of insurance broking. This entry‐level role will involve providing support and assistance with all aspects of servicing of client insurance needs as required by senior staff members.

Duties include:

* Preparation and processing of documents
* Maintaining records
* General team administration
* Any additional duties required in the daily servicing of clients
* Communicating with the clients and underwriters via email and phone
* Working with manager and team in servicing the existing portfolio of clients.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* Hold a degree qualification in Accounting, Business, Commerce or Law (essential).
* Be capable of following directions and working collaboratively with others, while also being self‐motivated and able to manage own workload.
* Be able to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
* Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written).
* Have a high level of attention to detail and be super organised.
* Be responsive to the changing needs of the team, office and business, and to any issues that arise.
* Have a strong 'can‐do' attitude and willingness to pitch in.

It would be great if you had:

* Demonstrate some level of customer service experience
* Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Suite
* Minimum of one year of general insurance experience is an asset
