About the Salvation Army & the Role
The Salvation Army is a Christian movement and one of Australia's largest and most loved charities. We believe in doing good that transforms lives and futures for the better. It is this belief which drives us to find new ways and places to make a difference. From times of personal crisis to moments of national grief, we are always here — providing support, safety, community, and opportunity.
As the retail arm of the Salvation Army, Salvos Stores is not just a retailer — we are a community of changemakers working together to make a real difference. We operate over 400 stores across Australia, including online, and offer a sustainable shopping experience through the recycling of pre‐loved items. In this volunteer role, you will play a vital role in supporting our store operations.
