We are looking for an experienced
Senior Technical Support Officer
to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset to help us build and maintain scalable data solutions.

What We're Looking For:
The Senior Technical Officer must be able to fulfill the following role requirements:
* System support services to all areas of regulatory and safety client infrastructure environment with a focus on full site admin in Microsoft System Centre Configuration Manager (SSCM) and Group Policy environments
* Working on the regulatory and safety SCCM/Napalm environments, including packaging and upgrade/rollout of desktop fleet
* Performing structured testing
* Assisting the Problem Manager with root cause analysis and resolution of problem candidates.
* Rebuild desktop fleet with regulatory and safety Windows 10 SOE as required
* Competent troubleshooting skills; identifying & rectifying complex issues
* Interact with experts from delivery teams regarding the requirements and technical direction
* Document new environment as required
* Interact and report to Coordinator Desktop Technologies and Provisioning on all outcomes and requirements.
The Successful Candidate must also possess the following technical skills and ability:
* Strong SCCM experience (full site administration, packaging, rollouts)
* Solid Intune experience
* Group Policy
* Windows 11 SOE rebuilds and rollouts
* Strong software packaging skills
* Strong troubleshooting, documentation and stakeholder management skills
