You’ll be hands-on in Google Ads and Meta every day, working alongside some seriously good people and building the foundations of a career in paid media. What You’ll Be Doing You’ll be in-platform daily, building real skills and confidence across: Google Ads campaign builds, keyword research, ad creation and optimisation Meta Ads campaign setup, ad copy, creative testing and performance tracking Basic reporting, pulling insights and forming recommendations with guidance from seniors Managing tasks across multiple client accounts with strong organisation and time management Bonus points for TikTok, LinkedIn or Pinterest experience Who We’re Looking For You’ve got a bit of agency experience and you’re comfortable in platform. Titles like Marketing Coordinator, Junior Performance Coordinator or Marketing Assistant sound familiar. You’re not here to coast, you’re here to learn and thrive.
