Position Details
* Location: Remote / Work From Home (Australia-wide)
* Engagement: Independent Contractor | Performance-Based
* Hours: Flexible between 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM AEST (4–8 hours daily)
* Experience Required: Sales / Telemarketing / Appointment Setting
* Pay: A$5 per hour base + bonuses (up to $1,000 per sale)
Incentives
* $500 adherence bonus for maintaining 80%+ attendance during the first 3 months
* Uncapped commissions — earnings tied directly to performance
About the Role
We are a national real estate agency seeking experienced Tele-callers / Appointment Setters to join our remote team. This is a target-driven role for confident communicators who are comfortable handling rejection and managing their own performance.
Full training and tools are provided.
Training & Payment Structure
* Two-week unpaid training period
* Held salary model during the first year
* First payment issued in the third month
* Two-month rolling salary reserve
* Held salary released after 12 months
Key Responsibilities
* Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads
* Book appointments for property consultations
* Update CRM with accurate call outcomes
* Follow up with interested prospects
* Meet daily and weekly KPIs
* Work independently in a remote environment
Requirements
* Strong communication and phone skills
* Prior experience in appointment setting or tele-calling
* Self-motivated with good time management
* Ability to handle rejection professionally
* Reliable internet and quiet workspace
* Laptop or desktop computer (CRM training provided)
* Background in sales, call centres, customer service, or real estate preferred
