We are currently seeking a skilled Production Planner to support our team in ensuring seamless maintenance event execution.
Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Production Planning process, identifying turn times, resource requirements, and stakeholder needs. They will work closely with the Engineering Line Maintenance team to ensure they have the necessary facilities, resources, and tooling to complete maintenance tasks safely and efficiently.
The ideal candidate will have a detailed understanding of Aircraft Line and Light Maintenance Operations, as well as experience in an aircraft maintenance environment in a maintenance planning capacity. They will also possess excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the Production Planning process to ensure seamless maintenance event execution
* Identify turn times, resource requirements, and stakeholder needs
* Liaise with key stakeholders from Part 145 and Part 42 organisations
* Drive continual excellence in safety, compliance, on-time performance, and brand values
Required Skills and Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:
* Detailed understanding of Aircraft Line and Light Maintenance Operations
* Aircraft trade certificate or tertiary qualification in an aviation stream
* Experience in an aircraft maintenance environment in a maintenance planning capacity
* Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills
* Proven people management skills
