About the Churchie Foundation and the Churchie Old Boys' Association
The purpose of the Churchie Foundation Limited (the Foundation) is to assist the School Council in preserving, improving, and developing the standards, services, property and facilities of the School.
The mission of the Churchie Old Boys' Association (OBA) is to maintain fellowship amongst Old Boys and offer support to the School.
The successful applicant will provide administrative and technical support to the Director of Engagement. The role will also support the Foundation and the OBA through positive engagement with stakeholders.
As Engagement Assistant, you'll be the central link between our Engagement team and other departments, including Events, Marketing, Archives, and Cocurricular. You'll also liaise with external stakeholders to deliver high-impact events and initiatives that reflect our values and commitment to excellence.
This role would suit a recent graduate.
Key responsibilities
* Assist with the web design elements and maintain the Engagement online platforms.
* Manage communications and collateral across digital and print platforms, including newsletters, social media and the school website.
* Support fundraising efforts through donor engagement, database management, and reporting.
* Provide administrative support to coordinate the recording of contributions associated with fundraising appeals and capital campaigns
