Job Title: Financial Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Financial Operations Manager to take full ownership of our day-to-day financial operations across multiple businesses. This role is integral to maintaining the financial integrity of the company and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, accounting standards, and award conditions.

You'll be responsible for managing a range of critical finance functions, including:

* Payroll, Superannuation, and PAYG management
* Accounts payable and receivable
* Bank and Balance Sheet Reconciliations
* Monthly financial reports

The ideal candidate will possess:

* Outstanding organisational and time management skills
* Proficiency in MYOB, Newbook, WageLoch, Wage Easy, or ability to quickly learn new computer programs
* Superior problem-solving and investigative skills
* Basic administration experience (desired)

Key attributes include:

* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Strong analytical and reporting skills
* Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
