About the roles/company
This is an exciting opportunity for an accounts payable professional with strong SAP S4 Hana or SAP Ariba system experience to join a highly reputable global company. As the system expert, you will be helping to lead the implementation project. The business has a friendly team culture, and provide excellent support. The responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Project Manager, your role will include but not be limited to:
Assisting with the implementation of the SAP Ariba or SAP S4 software system (depending which system you have used)
Act as the system expert within the accounts payable team.
Developing system training manuals and videos.
Training staff members on the system
Testing the system and making improvements as necessary
Monitoring workflows to ensure the accurate and timely processing of invoices;
Assisting the accounts payable team with ad hoc tasks as required
Other ad hoc projects across the accounts payable space.
Must have strong working experience with either SAP S4 Hana or SAP Ariba
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Accounts payable knowledge and experience
Extensive knowledge of the end-to-end Accounts Payable process
Ability to work independently and within a team
