About the Practice:
Our Bupa Dental Pascoe Vale practice is well known for its cosmetic dentistry, orthodontics, implants and general dentistry. We are a solid, stable team looking for an experienced Receptionist as we prepare for a significant growth in customer volumes. Team dynamic is incredibly important to us in our 5-chair practice. The Opportunity:
We have a versatile, exciting and rewarding opportunity at our Pascoe Vale practice available for Dental Receptionists seeking casual opportunity offering Fridays and Saturdays!
- Contemporary dental practice with 5 chairs running a wide range of dental treatments

- Meet and greet patients, providing a great first impression
- Book and amend appointments, answering the phone, updating patient records
- Supporting the Practice Manager and clinical team with the smooth running of the practice
- Making patients aware of dental services and offers
- Handling payments
- Accessing sensitive information whilst maintaining patient confidentiality
- High-end patient care; building & maintaining relationships with all clients in a friendly & warm manner
You'll be:
- Available to work Friday’s and Saturdays.
- Previous Dental Reception experience will be highly regarded but not essential, full training provided
- You're a motivated self-starter, this is a fast paced and dynamic role
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about customer service and patient care
- Organised with attention to detail
- Ability to build rapport with patients, in a cheerful, light-hearted manner
