**About the role**
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop intuitive UX/UI solutions to enhance website user experience (Shopify 2.0).
- Create and communicate UX wireframes, user flows, and sketches.
- Collaborate with eCommerce team for optimised onsite trading assets.
- Analyse data to provide actionable recommendations for design and content.
- Conduct usability test and gather user feedback on new features.
- Design visually appealing and conversion-focused digital assets.
- Stay updated on digital trends and competitors for performance improvement.
- Collaborate with digital agencies to manage projects and meet deadlines.
- Ensure accurate and timely products and content launches.
- Support the creative team with ad hoc design requests.
**Requirements**:
- Tertiary degree in Design or related.
- Min 3+ years of experience in UX or digital design
- Familiarity with Emarsys CRM platform is highly regarded.
- Commercially minded with knowledge of conversion tactics in design
- Strong visual and interaction design skills
- Intermediate understanding of ecommerce-relevant analytics
- Ability to collaborative effectively with cross functional teams.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Innovative, resourceful, and adaptable.
- Experience with Figma and coding basic skills are highly advantageous.
