About the Role
Reporting to the Principal, Business Manager or a nominated delegate, you will perform routine and non‑routine tasks to support efficient operation of the college grounds and facilities.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain school grounds, including mowing, gardening and general landscaping tasks.
* Perform basic maintenance and repairs on school facilities and equipment.
* Support security and safety measures, including locking/unlocking buildings and maintaining security systems.
* Assist with event preparation, setting up and arranging furniture and equipment.
* Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards, including safe storage and handling of materials.
About You
We're looking for a proactive and reliable individual who enjoys hands‑on work in a vibrant school community.
* Experience in groundskeeping, maintenance or a related field.
* Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
* Ability to follow instructions and work independently on routine tasks.
* Knowledge of workplace health and safety practices.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with staff, students and external contractors.
