What will your typical day look like?
Working under the Skills Academy team as either a Senior Analyst or Manager, this is not your typical External Audit role as your clients will be your team. This team is focussed on developing auditors of the future, which will provide a market leading foundation in audit quality through immersive training in core audit and business fundamentals.
Similar to a Learning and Development coach, your day to day will be purely dedicated to coaching and supporting small teams of External Audit Graduates and Analysts. This is to build and expand their knowledge and teach them crucial audit skills such as project management. The role offers the perfect opportunity to step back from a client facing role and hone your coaching and people management skills and build relationships with cohorts. You will coach and develop in areas such as compliance-based financial reporting, auditing, and information systems audits.

You are someone with:
Several years of experience in External Audit or a similar field
Professional services experience gained in a Big 4 or mid-tier firm (preferable)
Possess a CA qualification (preferable)
Experience with finance systems and leading teams
Strong management, interpersonal, leadership, communication, and coaching skills
