We are seeking an enterprising and proactive sales expert to join our expanding team based in Geelong.
This role will see the right person leading the established Victorian initiative in the sales, listing & marketing of commercial properties across the Geelong & Surf Coast region.
About the Role:
* Build strong relationships with key clients and maintain a high presence in the marketplace.
* Sourcing, listing, selling and leasing of commercial properties across Geelong and surrounding areas.
* Maintaining an active pipeline of potential buyers and sellers.
* Negotiating property transactions from start to finish.
* Conducting inspections and other duties associated with listing and selling/leasing a commercial property.
* Cultivating and nurturing strong relationships with key account clients.
* Delivering market knowledge and advice to clients.
* Coordinating with the Marketing department to market and sell properties.
Requirements:
* You are a natural hunter who is commercially astute.
* Entrepreneurial and commercially astute, ideally with B2B experience.
* An excellent communicator with the ability to converse with diverse stakeholders.
* A willingness to learn and ambitions to grow.
* A current Real Estate License or Victorian Agent's Representative Certificate or a willingness to study to become a certified agent.
